Bell Bank is proud to announce that Lisa Wasson, vice president/branch manager in Forest Lake, Minn., is our 2024 Bell Value Award winner in the category of Unequaled Personal Service!

When Lisa learned that one of the branch’s very first new customers had no family or close relatives, she determined to win him over, letting him know he has a family in Bell Bank.

Lisa not only points George in the right direction when needed, but also has invited him for meals with her family and remembers him during the holidays with a small gift or meal. After he totaled his car in an accident, Lisa gave him rides back to his apartment on cold days, helped him out with groceries from the local food shelf, and alerted him to a free senior shuttle service that would allow him to get around town weekly.

She’s now working with him on how he can replace his vehicle. It’s clear that, as her colleague puts it, “Lisa has such a big heart.”
