Diana organizes partnerships with HR professionals to help them further define their objectives in health care. By systematically establishing priorities, reviewing claims data, analyzing contracts, and reviewing the marketplace for appropriate providers, she is the client’s advocate in plan design, implementation and monitoring health care programs that achieve the appropriate balance between cost-effectiveness and satisfaction.

With more than 12 years of experience, Mitch works with large self-funded and fully insured clients. He is experienced at analyzing health utilization data and recommending plan design and education changes employers can make to better channel employee engagement and utilization. Mitch also provides employers with consulting services on compliance, HR assistance, wellness, and employee education along all lines of employee benefits.

Connie Schultz
Senior Retirement Plan Consultant, Bell Bank Wealth Management
Connie has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and specializes in company-sponsored retirement plans – a benefit that can help companies recruit and retain qualified employees. Connie works with clients to design plans customized for their businesses and employees, and she teaches their employees about the benefits of their retirement plan.

Julie Peterson Klein
Chief Culture Officer, Bell Bank
As chief culture officer, Julie inspires Bell’s team to live out our mission of “happy employees, happy customers” and values of family atmosphere, unequaled service and paying it forward.
