We’re proud of Bell’s our own Dee Jimenez, a Bell Bank Mortgage loan officer in Goodyear, Ariz., who was recently featured in the Peoria (Ariz.) Times for her passionate advocacy and work helping clients achieve the dream of owning a home.
In the story, “Bell Bank Mortgage aids families in homeownership,” the Times detailed how Dee and Bell work “with Arizona families to expand access to homeownership through community-focused lending programs.”
Bell’s work in expanding access to homeownership highlights the company’s impact on those who have already achieved that goal, as well as our efforts to make homeownership possible for others.
Homeownership changes families forever, and Dee and the Bell team are constantly mindful of the work head to help even more families.
That’s why Bell empowers its mortgage team with resources, support and flexibility to support first-time buyers in the community, as highlighted in the article:
- Bell has grown its presence in Arizona, now operating 5 active branches
- Bell Bank Mortgage has programs that allow low down payments for qualified buyers
- Bell offers several significant financing options to further reduce barriers for first-time buyers
- Experienced lenders like Dee have the expertise to guide buyers through all their options
Bell Bank Mortgage client Maria Gonzalez told the Peoria Times, “Until we met Dee, no one had ever take the time to sit down with us, review our credit and finances and truly guide us through the process. She provided real solutions, and the day she handed us our keys was one of the happiest of our lives.”
For Dee, recently named among the nation’s top Hispanic loan originators, homeownership holds personal significance – and it shows in her passion for her work.
“This work is personal, and it’s purposeful,” she told the Peoria Times. “We’re not just helping people buy homes – we’re helping them build legacies.”
Congratulations, Dee and Bell Bank Mortgage – and thank you to the Peoria Times for featuring usundefined!
